How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You must upload an clear photo of the product received and also the serial number on your product.  Please contact us if you cannot find the serial number.
  • If your return is approved, you will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines.  If your request is not approved, we will also notify you.  This process usually takes 5-10 business days. 

What items are returnable?

  • You are eligible to return your item only if you make a return request within 30 calendar days of your item delivery date.
  • Consumables such as gels, liquids, tips & cartridges are not returnable.
  • Items must be in 100% new, unused, original condition.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.
  • Items not meeting any of the above 3 criteria are not returnable.

What are the costs involved to return?

  • Only the cost of the product/equipment is refundable.  All shipping and handling costs involved for original delivery and for inspection of your returned item are not refundable. (20% of the total purchase price will be deducted from your refund to cover these costs).
  • All items are thoroughly and carefully inspected upon return.  If the serial number on your item doesn't match the photo you provided in your return request, we will be unable to give you any refund, and we will send the item back to you.   Similarly, if an item is returned to us in damaged, used or unsuitable condition, or as otherwise not stated the return request, we will be unable to give you any refund, and also will have to send it back to you.  In such cases,  you will be responsible for the return postage.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, normally within 15 working days.
