Refund policy

All professional spa equipment purchased from Rejuva Fresh comes with a 3-Year Warranty as well as a 30-Days change of mind return option.

Rejuva Fresh customer care team is here to make sure your order gets to you promptly and safely—and that you know what to expect along the way!  We ship both within the United States and worldwide.  And everything, including shipping costs and taxes and everything, is already included in ours prices.

We also handle shipments of machines with a lot of extra care to ensure the best possible onboarding experience for you.  Delivery typically takes 3-15 days after purchase. After your order is placed, a Rejuva Fresh team member will reach out to you by email with the recommended educational video materials as well as a link to sign up for free one-to-one clinical training with a Rejuva Fresh experienced instructor.

Return Policy:

Our team is working 7 days a week to solve every issue with care and clarity. To initiate a change of mind return please access our RETURNS CENTER.  To get assistance with a warranty issue, first email the details to Rejuva Fresh support.

30-Day change of mind return option:

If you decide within 30 calendar days (of order date) that you have changed your mind and don’t want to keep the machine you ordered and received, you’re are entitled to ship the package back to us for an exchange or refund. 

Upon returning, the buyer will be eligible for:

- An exchange (of equal value to the original order) or

- A refund (minus shipping & handling charges)

Please take note of the following rules concerning eligibility for the the 30-Day change of mind return option.  Specifically all of the following criteria must apply:

  • You cannot keep the package/machine and get a refund.
  • Package to be returned must be unopened, with machine completely new and unused inside.
  • Machines for which Rejuva Fresh School training has been completed are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Machines for which logo customization has been ordered and addedare  non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Consumables, including gels, liquids and cartridges, are  non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Machine must not be damaged (please see Warranty for this case)
  • Return must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Return shipping arrangements and expense are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping & handling costs and inspection costs are not refundable, therefore 20% will be charged to cover such costs.  This 20% return fee must be paid by the buyer via bank wire transfer prior to receiving return instructions.  Bank wire transfer instructions will be provided after a return is approved.
  • Return must be approved by customer support.  Please do not, under any circumstances, send your package back to the address printed on the package because our warehouses that send new machines do not handle returns, and we’ll need to send your package back to you.
  • To initiate a change of mind return, you’ll need to first apply via RETURNS CENTER.

Order Cancellations:

We have a fast turnaround time to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.  As a general rule orders cannot be canceled if more than one hour has past.  Should an order be cancelled, the transaction fees (2.9%-7.9%) are non-refundable.  If your order is cancelled you will receive a full refund minus the transaction fees.
