Yes, we have a large beautiful showroom and are available to offer you virtual demonstrations Monday - Friday 9am - 11pm EST. These live Zoom sessions let you see the equipment in action and ask questions directly with our team. You can learn more or request an appointment at our Showroom & Virtual Demo page.

Most of our machines are designed for use by medical spas, clinics, and licensed professionals, because the technology is advanced and energy relatively strong. However, our machines are also very user-friendly, and some can potentially be safely used at home for personal use.

Read about Rejuva Fresh’s exclusive contract with UPS, which enables us to provide Premium Fast USA & International Delivery on qualifying orders.

On all orders we use express door-to-door shipping (by DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) unless you request alternative delivery or unless special tax free delivery channels are required.

USA orders shipped from USA warehouses are delivered within 2-7 business days.

International express transit time normally takes 2-15 business days, depending on country and package size.

Certain customized orders can take additional 10 or more business days to prepare.

In case of global supply chain challenges, global taxation, etc. shipping times could be longer than usual. We are always here to answer questions and inform you of the current situation and how it will affect you. 

Yes, we offer free shipping to USA and worldwide addresses, with no minimums.

However, if your address is outside of the USA, the sales prices of machines are approximately 14% higher.

We use all major delivery couriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local courier partners. For more than 85 countries worldwide, we can also provide tax-free delivery and customs clearance.

Comprehensive advanced training with our clinical educators is included with purchase of any professional machine from Rejuva Fresh.

Training by Zoom is complimentary. In person training (at your location) is also available, and extra cost may apply, depending on which machines you purchase.

Training certification is also provided once training is completed. A large framed certificate, printed on high quality paper, will be mailed to you by post, upon your request.

Prerecorded installation videos, operational videos and protocols are also provided.

Yes, certainly, refresher training is always available for our clients. We provide a complimentary Zoom training with every purchase, and you can also later request optional additional Zoom sessions whenever needed. We also offer optional in person training (our instructor will go to your location.)

Your whole team is welcome to participate in the training. We encourage all practitioners who will be using the equipment to join so everyone can feel confident and supported.

We provide lifetime technical support. Many issues can be resolved quickly via video call. Whenever needed, we ship replacement parts by express mail. Our dedicated support team works with urgency to get your machine back up and running so that any downtime is kept to a minimum.
