I’ve been running my spa for years, and this 9-in-1 Eris Lipo machine is an absolute game changer. As you can see from the photo the machine has an elegant anbd professional appearance. Machine is excellent, the 20K actually works well on medium fat too, not only customers with thick fat. Will start incorporating the micro-current into treatment plans soon as well.

I’m happy and all the functions, except the light therapy microcurrent is a bit on the strong side, I’d just recommend setting that at a low level for comfort reasons. The 20K cavitation is great!

Very effective. I expected it would take several sessions before seeing noticeable changes, but we measured visible reduction on a client’s waist after the first treatment with the Eris cavitation machine. I was honestly surprised. In our experience, it has performed consistently, and we’re happy to have added it to our service menu.
Everything is great with the machine. I just wish that I was able to use two different features at the same time unless I do have that option and I’m not aware of it.

I love the machine. However there was no paper manual and the manual online does not match the machine. The training was informative. You have to do your own research for packages you can sell.

The Eris 9 in 1 is a strong machine. I have not used all the modalities yet but the ones I have work very well. The suction is very strong and results are noticeable in one treatment. However, the cords are short. (On all the modalities) This is my biggest complaint. Barely enough length to get comfortably around a larger body type. There’s no manual or explanation of how this machines operates. The customer service was nice and helpful on the phone. When the machine delivered it came in a big black box but no cardboard or protective packaging around it which I thought was strange. The case was scratched and scrapped up badly but luckily no damage to the machine. Unfortunately, the case had to be thrown away but would have been nice to have kept it if it was better packaged for delivery. The machine was delivered within five days of purchase which was really nice. Overall a good purchase but the cords definitely should be longer especially for professional use. Had I known how short they were, I would not have purchased it and gone with something else.
