- Do not use your device on dry skin. For it to work properly, your skin must continually be kept wet with water or toner throughout the treatment.

- When the machine cannot be turned on, please charge the machine first. The blue light at the top of the machine will light up when charging, which means that the machine is charging and the machine is normal and there is no problem.
