Yes, a complimentary online personal training session is included with the purchase of selected spa machines.

Please contact us if you want to know if your machine qualifies.

We also offer optional free certification of those same machines.

Do you offer a warranty on your machines?

Yes, all of our machines have a 1, 2 or 3 year warranty (1 year unless otherwise stated in the product description page) and are subject to strict quality control.

Rejuva Fresh’s warranty provides a guarantee against any structural defects. It also covers spare parts.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to the manufacturing process.

How to place an order?

Simply add the product to your shopping cart and pay by any major credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay on the checkout page.

Alternatively, you may ask our customer service to send you an invoice by email, and then pay by credit card or by wire transfer.

Once we receive your payment, your order will be processed and shipped immediately.

You can also pay in bi-weekly or monthly installments by selecting Shop Pay Installments as your payment option. In this case we will ship your products to you first and then you pay according to the plan you set up.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer interest-free financing, as well as flexible payment options.

Is shipping cost included in your prices?

Yes, we offer free shipping by express to many countries including USA, UK, and Australia, with no minimums.

For other countries, there may be additional shipping cost. When you check out, any shipping costs will be clearly reflected prior to payment. You can also contact us to verify the costs.

Can you customize my machine, or can I order something not shown on your website?

Yes, all machines can be customized with your logo or other branding upon request. Other design requests are also welcomed. MOQ may apply.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer both full and partial refunds, depending on your situation.

How long is Rejuva Fresh’s warranty?

To protect your investment, we offer lifelong technical support and an enhanced warranty, which covers main machine & replacement parts for 1 year from the date of delivery. Certain machines are covered by a 2 or 3 year warranty (if stated on the product page).

  • Technical solutions will be offered to you asap if any technical problem is reported. 
  • Free replacement parts will be offered asap if any parts problem, and the replacement parts will 100% fix the problem.
