Warranty Policy


As a leader in the spa equipment industry, we understand the challenges that come with selecting and buying new beauty equipment. Our machines are of the highest quality, offering superior performance and reliability, whether for commercial or personal use.

And, to protect your investment, Rejuva Fresh is pleased to offer a 3 year warranty, as well as a 7 day shipping damage protection guarantee.  Please read the following details thoroughly.

Overview of Our Guarantees:

Each of your professional beauty machine(s) are covered by a 3 year warranty (hereafter referred to as the “Warranty”). The 3 years (36 months) commences from the date of delivery of the respective machine.

Each of your professional machine(s) is also covered by a 7 day shipping damage protection guarantee (hereafter referred to as Damage Protection Guarantee), insuring you against the possibility of damage caused by transit.

General Exceptions:  

Consumable items, including (but not limited to) gels or liquids or cartridges or tips, are not covered by the Warranty.

Handheld devices are also not covered by the Warranty. However, the 7 day Damage Protection Guarantee does apply to all products on our website.

Machines sold for less than $500 are covered by the Warranty for 6 months only, from the date of delivery.

Unboxing Video Requirement 

For the Damage Protection Guarantee to apply, you, the buyer, are required to take an unboxing  video while you initially unpack your equipment.    Unboxing videos are more than just a requirement – they are a vital tool for ensuring your satisfaction and trust.

Guidelines for Unboxing Video are as follows:

  • When the delivery person arrives to deliver your shipment, please inspect the shipment before accepting it. Take a video and pictures of the package.
  • Next put the camera on a stable place in a well-lit area so everything is clear.
  • Show the shipping label on the camera, which is present on the package. The shipping label contains the tracking number, your address, and product details. It is essential to show the shipping label clearly so it can be proven that the shipment you are unboxing is the correct shipment.
  • Show all sides of the package to demonstrate that the package has not been opened before, and you are opening it for the first time.
  • The entire unpacking, including lifting machine out of the box, must be recorded.
  • Once the shipment is opened, please make sure that the product delivered is correct and not damaged.
  • Also, check the product from all angles if there is any defect on the product. If the defect is not noticed immediately, we strictly do not entertain any request later.
  • In case everything is ok, and the product is correct & in perfect condition, you are good to go.
  • In case of a damaged shipment: Once the package is opened, please show the product box's condition in the camera to show any damages on the box and also show the product itself.
  • In case of a wrong product: Once the package is opened, and you suspect the product delivered is wrong, please show all the sides of the product box and labels present on the box to prove that the product is different. You don’t have to open the wrong product seal; keep it as it was delivered until the solution is provided.
  • All the steps above should be recorded without any cuts, and everything should be in frame all the time. Do not take the product or shipment out of the frame for even a slight moment.
  • Reasons like "We could not take a video due to excitement," "I was not available when the box was opened," "It is not possible to make a video," "The box is already open," "Cannot make video as i don't have any person to hold the camera," "Why should we make the video?," "It is only sellers responsibility to tackle this issue," etc., will not be taken into consideration, and we will not be able to help in this case.
  • Once the package is opened and repacked just for the purpose of the unboxing video, such a video will not be accepted.

Damage Protection Guarantee Terms:

Please Note: some machines are very heavy and will require more than one strong person to unpack and set up. 

If you do not take a clear close up video during unpacking, the Damage Protection Guarantee is void.  In this case, the we will assist the buyer to file a claim with logistics if there seems to be some possibility of the cause being logistics as opposed the unpacking process.

Damage Protection Guarantee only applies if ALL of following requirements are met:


1) Machine was delivered and it doesn't work or function correctly, or is somehow broken in a way that impacts functionality of the machine, or if you received the wrong product (significantly different from the description and images)

2) Damage is not limited to minor cosmetic blemishes or to the logistics packing box.  

3) Report of logistics damage is made to Rejuva Fresh in writing (to tech@rejuvafresh.com or hello@revuvafresh.com), within 7 calendar days of delivery date.

4) Buyer provides evidence in the form of a clear video showing the initial unpacking process.  This Unboxing Video must be sent to hello@rejuvafresh.com using wetransfer.com.  Note that a video mimicking a subsequent unpacking will not be accepted.  Our technical support knows very well how the machine is packed to begin with, and repacking and reopening will be obvious and unhelpful.  So please avoid this.

5) Buyer participates in brief video call with Rejuva Fresh tech support to check the machine (in the event that Rejuva Fresh tech support requests this meeting.)

6) Rejuva Fresh tech support assesses that, based the clear video showing the initial unpacking process provided by the client, the damage affects the machine functionality and/or is major cosmetic damage, AND such damage was not caused by unpacking.  

7) None  of the below “EXCEPTIONS TO DAMAGE PROTECTION GUARANTEE” apply




If ALL 7 of the above conditions are met, Rejuva Fresh will provide a free return shipping label to return the damaged item and send you a brand new replacement of the exact same machine, 100% FREE.

This Guarantee is subject to the approval of Rejuva Fresh.  If, based on the evidence provided by the buyer, the machine is not actually broken or if damage is extremely minor (such as a spot of paint rubbed off) or easily repaired by simple steps, machine will not be replaced.

Additionally, the return label will only be provided if your shipping address is within the continental USA. Clients with shipping addresses outside the continental United States will be responsible for your own return shipping arrangements. A brand new replacement of the exact same machine will still be provided after the original machine is returned.

The Damage Protection Guarantee does not include the offer of any refund.  Only a free replacement machine will be provided. EXCEPTIONS TO DAMAGE PROTECTION GUARANTEE:

The Damage Protection Guarantee does not cover any of the following:
  1. Physical damage resulting from unpacking the product in such a way the at edges of the box or the floor or other rough surfaces cause friction marks in the machine.
  2. Other misuse of the product  (example - improper liquid insertion into machine or dropping the product).
  3. Your refusal or negligence to make a test video upon the request of Rejuva Fresh technical support staff. Such test videos may be required to confirm the validity of the non functioning, and you are required to cooperate and provide all such videos.
  4. Reported damages for which no physical evidence is provided by you (your speech or words by themselves are not considered valid evidence.)
  5. Minor damages which are purely cosmetic and don’t affect functionality.
  6. Your potential lack of satisfaction with results achieved after testing out or using the product.
  7. Damages to the logistics outer packing box only, even if it is significant damage to the outer box such as a latch being open or a wheel coming off. (Box is not covered in our guarantees).
  8. All quality issues reported by you more than 7 days after delivery. (For this case, please refer to our Warranty Terms described below).
  9. All damage issues not reported in writing by email.

Warranty Terms:

The Warranty applies only to you, the buyer, who purchased on Rejuvafresh.com. The Warranty is NOT transferable unless your request for transfer is approved by Rejuva Fresh legal team, in writing.

  1. The 3 year Warranty period commences on the date of delivery.
  2. The Warranty includes remote technical support including comprehensive analysis of any issues and communication with our technicians by Zoom or FaceTime.
  3. We will also offer clear videos to show how to replace parts so the job can be done efficiently by yourself, without the need to send your machine for repair.
  4. The Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, accessories, and parts such as tips, handpieces, or other related items. Damage resulting from inappropriate use will also void the Warranty.
  5. During the first 3 months of the Warranty, free replacement parts that are necessary to solve any issues are included.
  6. Rejuva Fresh is not responsible for revenue loss due to downtime required for repair, replacement, or shipping time.
  7. The Warranty covers sourcing necessary replacement parts and advice and video instructions showing how to install such parts. However, the customer is responsible for all incurred shipping costs. And after a period of 3 months, the customer is also responsible for the cost of such parts.
  8. If a replacement device is granted, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and the Warranty time frame remains the same from the original purchase.

EXCEPTIONS TO WARRANTY:

The above guarantees are all voided if any one or more if the following applies
  1. Failure by you to provide evidence/information demonstrating the issue(s) to be fixed. Evidence/information is specifically defined as evidence/information requested by the technical support staff of Rejuva Fresh.
  2. Failure by you to follow usage instructions (instructions manual and video instructions)/Misuse of the product.
  3. Failure by you to participate in a free Zoom video conference with Rejuva Fresh training staff, should Rejuva Fresh Technical staff determine you are not operating the equipment correctly.
  4. Lack of satisfaction with results achieved from using the product.
  5. Cases in which you, the buyer, refuses to or neglects to provide any evidence of the defect or damage claimed (example - negligence to provide a video requested by Rejuva Fresh Technical Support.
  6. Alteration of the product by the buyer.
  7. Accidental damage (examples - earthquake, dropping the product).
  8. Impact or insertion of foreign objects or application of harmful chemicals.
  9. Normal wear and tear of the equipment.
  10. Opening a bank chargeback related to your order will also void the Warranty.

Support After the Warranty:

    Rejuva Fresh will continue to be available to provide technical and related support, however there may be a cost for you the buyer, depending on what is needed. (Rejuva Fresh will always continue to provide needed replacement parts).
