Should your decide within 30 days (of delivery date) that you do not want the product you purchased (for any reason), you may send it back for a refund or exchange.

When you return, you will be eligible for:

1. An exchange (of equal value to your original order) or

2. A full refund on the order 

To be eligible for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:

- Item must be in the original packaging and must not be damaged.

- Return must be initiated by you within 30 days of delivery.

- Return shipping is the customer responsibility.

- Return must be approved by our customer support (do not send it back to the address on your package).

This means that should your product arrive and you notice it doesn't work or function correctly or is somehow broken, we will send you a replacement 100% FREE.  

To be eligible for the 30 Day Product Quality Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:

- The defect/quality issue must be reported to us within 30 days of the delivery date

- You must submit a video that clearly demonstrates the defect/quality issue 

Note:  Our product quality guarantee does not cover physical damage resulting from misuse of the product or accidental damage to the product.
